    My first thought on Saudi using two thirds of there 8.3bln barrels of production a year by 2028, was….

    Are they even going to be producing 8.3bln barrels in 2028…???

    If their oil fields start declining, as others are, 8.3bln barrels is a tad optimistic isn’t it…???

      I think they are not (and I think they think they are not……that is why they are thinking of building 20 nuclear plants and filling the desert with solar farms).
